Weekender Bushcraft & Survival Course

Course Description

This is an overnight course - $298 per person We are now holding our courses in Osteen, FL. Exact location will be disclosed after booking but before the actual course starts. Course starts on Saturday and ends on Sunday. Saturday we go from 9am - 7pm and on Sunday we go from 9am - 3pm Every participant must electronically sign our LIABILTY WAIVER located at the very bottom of this page, under the map, before participating in this course. IN THIS COURSE YOU WILL LEARN: Primitive Basic Navigation Medical Considerations Multiple ways to signal for rescue Basic Knife Skills Multiple ways to build a fire (being able to start a fire in various conditions is one of the most important skills to have) How to make water drinkable (the primitive way) How to build a shelter with natural debris (the primitive way) Tips on choosing a good survival knife The most important tools to have in your Bug Out Bag How to make a hunting spear for fishing or large game AND SO MUCH MORE!! WHAT TO BRING: (this is your list) Appropriate clothing for the weather Bushcraft knife with a 90 degree spine. We recommend Mora knives. Ferrocerium Rod (ferro rod) Your choice of Tent, Hammock or Tarp plus sleeping system Something to write with and take notes on Hiking or Day pack big enough to carry all of your gear in Food that doesn't require being cooked and any vitamins or prescriptions you may need. Two 32 oz containers for water (Either Nalgene or Kleen Kanteen both work fine) Cheap work gloves

Cancellation Policy

No refunds are available if you cancel within 60 days of the event date. Your tuition can be applied to a future course if you need to postpone 30-60 Days prior to the event date. There are no refunds or postponements inside of 30 days from the event date. If an event is cancelled by Ethos Bushcraft & Survival, you will receive a full refund or have the option of attending the next course rather than a refund. A 75% refund of tuition is available if you cancel between 60-90 days prior to the event. If you cancel with more than 90 days before the event date, you will be eligible for a tuition refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you purchased a course prior to a sale, or did not realize there was a sale, we do not offer retro-active discounts for courses, so we will be unable to provide you a refund for the difference. You may not cancel your event and re-sign up to receive a new discount code either.
